Our Partnership Timeline
We are now accepting applications for our exclusive pilot program, which will commence in the upcoming Spring Term. The entire program is provided at no cost.
Phase 0:
Recruitment & Onboarding
(Now - December 2025)
We are currently recruiting our Founding Partners. Successful applicants will engage in strategic planning and onboarding during this period to prepare for a successful launch.
Phase 1:
The Spring Term Pilot
(January - April 2026)
The hands-on pilot will commence at the start of the Spring Term. Your team will receive full platform access and dedicated support to demonstrate the platform's impact.
Phase 2:
The Summer Term Extension
(May - July 2026)
Following a successful review, the no-cost partnership will extend for the remainder of the academic year, allowing us to build a comprehensive joint case study.

This includes a guaranteed, perpetual 50% discount on any future institutional site license, should you choose to continue using the platform after the pilot program concludes.
